In the quantum universe time does not exist, because in this universe is where super gravity exists. It is so strong that not only does it slow time but actually stops time. This Super Gravity bleeds over from this quantum universe into the Matter and Anti-Matter universes as a weak gravity force

Super Heavy Metals / Elements can only be kept In-Place under high temperatures and pressures over billions of years in the cores of stars and surrounded by the strong magnetic fields they create. So when a star goes Nova then becomes a Neutron star the only thing left is its core with a strong magnetic field. Which is leftover magnetism stored within the large amounts of Super Heavy Metals / Elements within that core, like in Neutron Stars like GROJ1008-57 and when that stored magnetism wears off enough GROJ1008-57 will become a Black Hole that Super Heavy Metal core will fall into the Quantum Sub-Verse and begin feeding. Super Heavy Metals / Elements are the key to harvesting Anti-Matter for energy and accessing the Quantum Sub-Verse for instantaneous transportation
